Land Rover Manhattan “ROCKS”. I just picked up my new “Range Rover Sport” from Manhattan JLR. An incredible Dealership where I dealt with a knowledgeable, honest and straight shooting salesperson Zhengiz “James” Zaku as well the “non-pushy” credit manager named James Lanzarone. .. That is, I started looking for a Range Rover Sport over 7 months ago. At the beginning of my search in February I visited several local Long Island Dealerships. There were no lease deals on the Sport to be given and I always left feeling the sales people were giving me a “ take it or leave it attitude.” I decided to turn to the internet and for 7 months I scoured the websites daily for promos from dealerships in Upstate New York, Massachusetts, Connecticut, New Jersey, Pennsylvania and even Maryland. However whenever I got a lead and called a dealership on a particular promo it seems the cars were either allegedly already sold or otherwise not available under the original terms of the promo. Worse yet if you deviated from the terms of the promo by adding mileage all bets were off. On most occasions I was advised that increasing mileage from say 5.000 to 15,000 a year would increase the monthly payment by well over $400 a month. In those cases it would have actually been cheaper for me to just to pay the excess mileage fee of $.30/ mile above the 5,000 yearly allowance. Thankfully in June I reluctantly placed a call and/or email inquiry to Land Rover Manhattan. Who would have thought that you could “get a deal in Manhattan”, the land of excess ??. Luckily however I was put in contact with “James” Zaku . He was honest and knowledgeable and a complete straight shooter. We were in constant contact for several months and he would advise me when to wait for a particular promo to come out. Moreover when he sent me a proposal which increased the promo mileage from 5,000 to 15,000 yearly miles it only raised the monthly payment by $113, a far cry from the additional $450 quotes I was getting elsewhere.. After searching for 7 months I knew my numbers so when Manhattan JLR posted a new promo in the beginning of August I viewed it on line, spoke with James, traveled into Manhattan to personally inspect the Vehicle and cut an incredible deal that day. The Credit Manager James Lanzarone was also honest and knowledgeable and did not try hard sell on any extras. I now have had my vehicle for 5 days and I owe it all to “James” Zaku and James Lanzarone who made a long arduous process painless. I highly recommend them both as being very honest and knowledgeable professionals with no “airs” about them.. So if you are in the market for any JLR product….. contact Manhattan Land Rover and ask for “James” Zaku sooner than later. Ron LaVita, Esq. .

Hello Everyone hope this helps,I recently got a letter for a recall on my range rover sport about door lock malfunctioning and took it in for service. This became an issue for me back In march and was not covered at the time under the recall so I had to pay out of pocket. I got to tell you, I didn’t think anyone was going to do anything to help, due to my previous experiences with other dealerships, well it most have been my lucky day. A young lady was walking into the service area asked if I needed help, before she even put her bags down and got started for the day. I mentioned to her why I was there and asked if I had to pay for anything due to my previous experience. She replied no and let’s see what we can do about your previous invoice, she jumped right into action. While it was not an easy task and there was a lot of back and forth so much that at one point I gave up and assumed no refund would happen. Well, she did it, OMG I couldn't believe it, while she was already providing amazing service, she completely blew me away. I have to say, it feels really good when you have someone helping you that has your best interest at hart and genuinely cares. I would like to give a very big thanks to Karen Casado (in my opinion) the best team member Range Rover of Manhattan has. This is not about what she was able to accomplish, but for making me feel as if I wasn’t alone and for caring.Thanks Karen your a rock star!!!!
